Top is
constructed of heavy gauge 300 stainless steel. Body
is enclosed with galvanized steel and surrounded by 2"
fiberglass thermal wool insulation. openings measure
12-3/32" x 20-3/32".

Controls .

All units
feature individual thermostatic control with a positive
"off" position, and have an amber light to signal
a power-o condition. control knobs are recessed into a
one-piece, front-mounted control panel. the flexible conduit
connecting the body enclosure and control panel is24"
on all models except one-well units, which have a 36"
flexible conduit. a terminal-block for field wiring
connections is provided on all except one-well units.

shown as "240T6" can be run at 208V operation.
this will reduce available amperage and wattage by 25%

Heated Wells .
. .
Each well is
constructed of one piece deep-drawn 304 series 18-8
stainless steel with coved corners and feature heating
element securely clamped to underside, allowing for service
through bottom.

Electrical .
. .
Each
compartment shall be fitted with at tubular element on the
underside of each well. all wiring to terminated in a
junction box except one compartments. all units are single
phase and can be easily converted to three-phase operation
in the field. All Units Are Designed For Field Wiring
|
|
Drains .
. .
Units ordered
with drains are connected by 3/4" diameter copper pipe
and fittings to a single ball valve. Units with multiple
wells are designed so valve can be mounted to the operators
left or right with the drain closest to the operator.
valve is shipped loose, to be field installed.
